How do I order?

How do I pay?

You can pay by card via payfast  or payflex or chose EFT.

 

Do you courier?

Yes, Delivery in South Africa is 0-1 working days in Gauteng,1-3 working days outside Gauteng and pep paxi which takes 7-9 working days. Botswana is 7-10 working days. Rest of the world depends on shipping company that will be used. 

 

I live in Gauteng, can I pick up my order or drop off my return?

Yes, we do permit local pickup provided you have ordered and made appointment to pickup. No fittings allowed.

 

What is your shipping time? I live in ____.

The shipping time would depend on the rate you choose during checkout. Please keep in mind that we have a processing time of 0-1 day that applies to all rates of shipping. Delivery is 1-3 working days and pep paxi is 7-9 working days 

 

Can I send Uber to pickup my order?

Yes you can send Uber or anyone to pickup provided you have paid for your order and got notification that your order is ready for pickup

 

If I place an order today can I receive it by ____?

We do not guarantee shipping times since we use a third party company. Express Courier promises 1-3 working days and pep paxi promises 7-9 working days.

 

Can I pickup my order same day?

Yes you can pickup provided you have paid for your order and got notification that your order is ready for pickup.

 

I placed an order and still have not received a confirmation email.

There may be a typo in the email address provided during checkout. Please Whatsapp/Call us at 0813378295 or email us at info@bellawix.com and provide the address and name associated with your order so they can find it in the system and update the email address so you can receive your confirmations.


I just placed an order but I accidentally ordered the incorrect size. Can you update this before it ships?

Yes, You can Whatsapp/Call us at 0813378295 or email us at info@bellawix.com so we can see your order number before the order has been processed then edit your order.


Can I add or remove items from my order?

Yes, we can add or remove items. You can Whatsapp/Call us at 0813378295 or email us at info@bellawix.com and we see your email before the order has been processed we can cancel your order for you and you can then buy the items you do want to receive.

 

My order came after I needed it. Can I be refunded for shipping?

We get orders out as fast as we can and use a third party company to deliver our orders. Since we use a third party we are unable to guarantee delivery dates. The shipping charge is a non refundable fee that is paid to the courier company.

 

I received my order but I am missing an item. 

If this happens, please Whatsapp/Call us at 0813378295 or email us at info@bellawix.com and provide us your order number and the name of the item you are missing.
